Use ½ cup in foot bath or bowl for hands/feet. Soak washcloth in solution of Dead Sea salt in iced water and
use as compress for areas unable to be submerged, otherwise use one to two cups in a bath. Soak for 20 to
30 minutes. Seek the help of a medical professional if there are multiple stings or if you are allergic. Healing
Eucalyptus/peppermint is recommended.
Diarrhea: These salts draw moisture into the lining of the colon helping to eliminate infections that cause
diarrhea. Use one to two cups in bath. Drink plenty of water during soak (24 oz min.) of 30 minutes. After
soak, continue drinking fluids like green tea and chicken broth, and then gradually introduce solid foods like
oatmeal.
