Serious Relief Massage practices only
legitimate massage techniques, recognized
by the established medical community,
known to improve physical health and well-
being, and enhanced by an environment
designed to relax and renew the body and
the mind.
In addition to the health benefits massage
can bring, Serious Relief Massage offers a
relaxing setting among the Lost Pines,
aromatherapy, and fireside massage (in the
winter months), away from the stresses of
everyday life. Come out, and leave your
cares behind. It’s only 5 minutes from
downtown Bastrop.
What can massage do for you, physically? It
can increase blood circulation, promoting
wellness and healing from certain injuries. It
can increase your range of motion, and help
alleviate pain. It can relieve physical stress
and release muscular tension.
